Why do I need a consultation?
It is important we are both on the same page before we get to work! A thorough consultation insures I fully understand your hair’s past, present, and future. A consultation agreement form is presented at the end of each consultation so we can sign off on a plan.
What happens if my results aren’t as expected?
Minor adjustments can be made at no extra charge! I will always prefer you tell me what we can fix while you are in my chair, but if you go home and decide your hair is not quite what we agreed on, I ask you contact me within 7 days. Remember, we are on the same team! I want both of us leaving the salon fulfilled.
What if I am running late?
If you are running a few minutes behind, I would appreciate if you called the salon to give me a heads up! If you are more than 15 minutes late, I will need to reschedule your appointment. A no show fee worth 100% of the service will be charged. Card information is taken at time of booking for all clients..
What if I need to cancel my appointment?
If you cancel your appointment with a 24 hour notice or more, your appointment will not have a cancelation fee unless otherwise stated at time of consultation. If you cancel after that 24 hour threshold, you will be charged a cancelation fee of 50% of your service. Card information is taken at time of booking for all clients.
What if my schedule doesn’t line up with your availability?
I might not be the perfect fit for you, and that’s okay! I would love to listen to your hair goals and refer you to a trusted stylist who will give you your dream hair on your time.
